Toni and Guy haircut prices are set by stylist grade, not by how long the cut takes. A Stylist and a Style Director use the same method; the difference is years of assessed floor work. You pick the grade that fits your budget and your hair, and the price is fixed before you sit down.
How the Grades Work
Five grades run from Stylist to Style Director. Senior grades handle more complex head shapes, heavy texture correction and restructuring cuts. If you are growing out a bad cut or changing length dramatically, the reception team will usually suggest a Top Stylist or above.
