How Pricing Is Structured

Three different logics govern the rate card. Haircuts price by stylist grade, because what you are buying is judgement rather than minutes. Colour, keratin and treatments price by hair length, because the variable is product volume. Spa services price by duration.

Every figure is quoted before the gown goes on. Where a price reads "from", the stylist confirms the exact number at consultation after examining your hair — not at the till afterwards.
